SaaS and MVP development from a team that runs its own SaaS
We have built, launched and now run two SaaS products, StackQuil SEO and InvoiceFlow. We bring the same approach to yours: scope the smallest version that solves one real problem completely, ship it, then grow it with real users.
Common founder problems we solve
- You have a validated idea but no technical co-founder.
- A previous build stalled, or the scope keeps growing and nothing launches.
- You are unsure what an MVP should include, or what it should cost.
- You need accounts, teams, plans and payments done properly from day one.
Built for teams like yours
Non-technical founders
We translate the idea into screens, data and a launch plan, and explain trade-offs in plain language.
Businesses productising a service
Turn an internal tool or a repeatable service into software you can sell.
Teams adding a product line
A focused build team for a new product without hiring a full in-house team first.
What you get

Free and paid plans with limits enforced on the server, ready for Razorpay or Stripe subscriptions.

Domain, SSL, deployment, backups and a demo mode so prospects can try it without signing up.
Our own SaaS products, live today
Everything below is live. Open it and judge the quality yourself.
How we work
- 1
Problem and user
Who pays, for which problem, and what "done" looks like for version one.
- 2
Scope and fixed quote
Screens, data model and integrations for the MVP only.
- 3
Build and demo weekly
Working software on a staging link from the first sprint.
- 4
Launch and iterate
Go live, watch real usage, then prioritise the next features together.
Pricing
Scoped to your MVP
SaaS cost depends on scope more than anything else. We keep version one small on purpose and give a written fixed quote for it. Later features are planned and priced separately.
Read our SaaS roadmap guideFrequently asked questions
How long does it take to build an MVP?
It depends on scope. The fastest MVPs do one job completely for one type of customer. Your quote includes a timeline for that first version, and we cut scope rather than quality when needed.
I am not technical. Can I still work with you?
Yes. We explain choices in plain language, show working screens every week and write down decisions so you always know where the product stands.
Can you handle subscriptions and payments?
Yes. We build plans and limits into the product and connect Razorpay or Stripe for billing. InvoiceFlow, for example, enforces its plan limits on the server.
What about security?
Authentication, per-customer data isolation, input validation and secure secrets handling are part of every build, not extras.
Do you help after launch?
Yes. Most of a SaaS product's value comes after launch. We agree an ongoing plan for fixes, features and infrastructure.
