These terms apply when you use the Stackquil website or hire us for website, mobile app or automation work. By using the site or our services you agree to them.

1. Quotes and scope

Quotes are free and based on the requirements you share. The final scope, price and timeline for each project are confirmed with you in writing (for example on WhatsApp or email) before work starts.

2. Payments

Payment terms, including any advance, are agreed per project. Work on later milestones may pause until the agreed payment for earlier milestones is received.

3. Your content

You are responsible for the text, images, logos and other content you give us and confirm you have the right to use them. Once the project is fully paid, the final website or app built for you belongs to you, except third-party tools, themes or licences, which stay under their own terms.

4. Revisions and support

The number of revision rounds and any support period are included in your project quote.

5. Limitation of liability

We work carefully, but we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages caused by third-party hosting, domains, payment gateways or platforms outside our control.
